Shipping
Why so slow?
Big brands keep warehouses full of shirts. I have a website and a dream. Nothing is printed ahead of time: your order goes to the printer once your payment has fully cleared to us (usually a few business days), then it is made to order and shipped. Very first orders after launch can take a little longer while the payment processor clears our first payouts.
Where we ship
Currently the United States only. [Add other countries here if you turn them on with your printing partner.]
How long it takes
- Payment clearing: about 2–5 business days before your order is sent to print.
- Printing: about 1–3 business days. Each item is made to order by our printing partner.
- Shipping: about 3–8 business days after it ships.
- Holidays and big sales can slow things down. We will update this page if they do.
Shipping cost
Free. Shipping is included in the price of every item, on every US order. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.
Tracking
After checkout you get a link to your order page (save it). It shows where your order is, and the tracking number once it ships. Lost the link? Email us with the email you paid with.
If it has been more than 4 weeks, email hello@donatemeamillion.com and I’ll personally panic.
Lost, stolen or wrong address
- If tracking hasn’t moved in 10 business days, email us and we will chase it down.
- If the carrier confirms a package was lost, we will reship it for free.
- Please double-check your address. Orders returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped for the cost of shipping.
Who prints it
Orders are printed and shipped by a print-on-demand partner. We share your name, shipping address and order details with them only to make and deliver your order.
